I have played in this tourney, and a friend of mine (Igor) played Allwermann. We were all suspicious during the t. of course, but as long as you can't proof anything? Keep in mind that you can have a very high agreement-percentage with fritz by chance! And he explained his doing so well quite convincingly. Its all not as easy as you put it. And yes, the chess fedaration decidet to remove his results (from elo calculations etc.).
