Hello John,
Save your money.  If you have not already overclocked your K6-2-350 to 400 you
can usually do that very easily by changing a couple of jumpers on the mother
board.  The increase is hardly worth spending any money for in any case.  The
probable ELO gain is about 15-20 points going to a 450 and not worth the
trouble.
