John, the average o/c speed of the K6-2 350 is 416,,you can get as high as 500
with a good m/b and extra cooling. I say this as it is likely a cheaper method
than changing to a K6-2 450. You don't say if your m/b would allow this change
or if you would also need a new m/b. The K6-2 450 can easily be o/c to 500
without extra cooling just make sure the m/b allows changing the front side bus
speed manually.

If you have concerns about overclocking and just want to change from your K6-2
350 to a K6-2 450 then you can check rebel's list.

This indicates you would not get much more than 10 performance rating points,
which without o/c would seem to make the exercise worthless.
