Actually, I have found Fritz to be one of the best at finding the mate.
The problem here seems to be the repitition of position from move 33.
At move 36 not only does my Fritz 5.32 miss the mate but so does Hiarcs 7.32
and Nimzo 7.32. But that is because each of these programs simply see it
as a repetition. That same mate in 3 existed in this game after move 33
and that mate is found with 34. Qc5 instantly by Fritz, Hiarcs and Nimzo.
