Even a small programmer can make an auto232 capable player.
only start of the game needs some figuring out. So then we talk
about a 1 man cheater.

If we talk about a cheating team then you only need something
that transmits. the partner of him can send in all the moves.

If you talk about a team of 3 or more people then cheating is even simpler.
you can use one guy in a car closeby or in a toilet
to have a mobile phone and transmit moves to both the
tournament hall, or phone it. Equipment needed for this
for a guy with medium electronic insight is like $200 and a mobile
phone bill which is a lot higher than that (in europe at least).

With such a heavy and expensive equipment i would
expect allwerman to be a 1 man cheater.
