If there is no bugs then I understand that tiger was designed to lose on time in
3 0 games so I see no point in these games.

Other programs like crafty are not designed to lose on time and can do 60 moves
in  a second.

It is not a problem of the hardware because the hardware of crafty is clearly
less than 30 times faster than the hardware of tiger and tiger cannot do 60
moves in 30 seconds when crafty can do 60 moves in a second.

Humans who buy chess programs usually are interested in analysis and not in 3 0
games so it is not important.
