	It happens, but not very often. There are not many tournament games of
grandmasters against 1900 rated players.
	I remember that GM Lev Alburt lost a game to a player rated less than 2000 USCF
in a U.S. open, the game was featured many years ago in Chess Life with comments
by both players.
	I have never drawn a grandmaster, but I have seen some draws between
grandmasters and players with a mexican rating just over 2000.
