  Well I thought I worded the question fine, exactly as I meant it.  I think
your problem is not with the wording of the question, but rather the fact that I
implied that hiarcs was a grandmaster, which is simply an opinion. Now if you
want to nickpick and argue semantics regarding the definition of grandmaster be
my guest, you will be doing it alone. All i wanted was a answer to my question
which was how often is a 1900 expected to draw a grandmaster.
