If you don't see what I am saying, try on your own. Take from the Net (we have few sites with mate positions) some mate containing position that have around 9 queens and try it on Fritz, Hiarcs, Mchess and so on, and you will see. They will die instantly in many instances when other games, like Chesmaster, Genius, Rebel, will stay rock solid. I can also provide you with such a position very easely. I still have them by handreds in my personal library. Can creat new instantly. I found all this strange fact when I was writing my own mate solver and tryed to find some games that could impeccably do this, in order to verify my logic. Leonid.
