Hi, I'm getting ready to release a new version of EXchess and would like to know if anyone might be interested in playing around with a pre-release version. If you are, just send me e-mail and I'll send you the specific URL from which to download the program (1 MB). I have versions for linux and Win95/98/NT prepared (please specify what you want). EXchess is a winboard/xboard engine that can make use of nearly all the features of xboard. It has support for Namilov tablebases. As usual, this version of EXchess is under the GNU FSF license. Source code will be made available when I make a final release of this version. - Dan
