Competitions, and tournaments are out of the question. > I study the game mostly at midnight. > > >Thanks, > >Gerard Gerard Sorry to burst your bubble but I have just finished playing several rated games with CM6000 personalities in sequence starting from around 1400 through to the high 1900's (I'm moving into the 2000's now) and I feel that all of the personalities below 2000, with the exception of Lacey, have a rating at least 300 points too high. I found these personalities consistently failed to see the loss of a pawn just two moves deep and lacked even fundamental opening knowledge. I can hold my own with players in the 2200 range and know damn well that my rating is around 1700-1800. Anyone else with similar experience? Dave
