I think the 16bits engines delivered with the newer 32 bits programs were adapted to function under the 32 bit environment, but I'm no expert at those things. E.g teh Fritz 5.00 engine under Fritz 5.32 was another one than the Fritz 5.16 I can remember that the Fritz 5.00 didn't work under my copy of CB Light, but the old Fritz 5.16 did. I think it's the same with original Hiarcs and Junior engines So Pete could be right anyhow. Jeroen ;-}
