Not sure about that... I guess it might be possible to clock a few select
Celerons at 800MHz. You would need thousands of dollars of cooling equipment,
though.

The simple fact that the Celerons were already clocked at 550 indicates to me
that they're really 366MHz Celerons. (Intel doesn't make a Celeron/550.)
