My last correspondence with McRiley at ICC was ~3 weeks ago, shortly after he announced the tentative schedule here on CCC. I didn't see strong objections to that schedule, and we're still almost 6 weeks away from the proposed start date, so I hope there is still time to iron out the final details. In an email to McRiley and myself, Bruce Moreland suggested that we form a committed to accept entrants and finalize the rules. I think this is a good idea, but it needs to happen pretty quickly. Personally, I'd love to see Bruce Moreland and Peter McKenzie on this committee. :-) --Peter
