Jerome, as a third year law student, I was only pointing out what to me is self evident; these assertions that the player on the other end of the internet connection used brain power to defeat a program would not be admissible in any court of law as valid evidence. We call it hearsay. Until someone post proof that an "average player" (non master strength; national master and international master and above ) defeated a program over the board without aid from any source, I deem all assertions as suspect at best. As for the communist dialectic, it seems to me that I am the victim of those exhibiting fanatical "party directed" zeal.
