I have not had that problem, but I Fritz always crashes when I try to rerun it after install. I'm using NT 4.0 service pack 4. The install goes well, I reboot, fire up fritz, and everything is wonderful. But after I exit this first very postive experience with Fritz, it never runs again. It always crashes with a Dr Watson error. I have installed 3 different times, always with same result...
