John, I'm not sure if you post here just on your own time, or represent your
company in an official manner, but it's good to see a presence here for
Chessmaster, despite the recent rather abrasive posts of a certain individual.

Isn't it a normal practice to just request the user to put the CD in the drive
if the information that is being looked for isn't found?

This paragraph seems to imply that prompting will happen though, which makes me
wonder why the caution of point 1 is there in the first place.
