Was able to use them only in the ply zero. Even there difference between legal moves and illegal was very evasive and close to zero. Maybe I am missing something, or everything depend on the game structure as such. Today read one idea more that looked to me very promissing. Tryed it but, beside light lost in speed, found nothing. It was the statement indicating that when you have some enemy piece under the fire, take it first with your less valuable piece. Found no improvement when put this idea to work. Strange! Idea sound to me as very solid and logical. Did somebody know how effective really this kind of alignement could be? Maybe it is really very negligeable when even not lead to losses in speed. Leonid.
