In fact i enjoy watching chessmaster 6000 play above all programs, I just don't like to play it. For some strange reason the brilliant tactics that it displays on other programs it doesn't seem to get on me, it will just nickpick me to death, win a pawn here and there. But never anything flashy. I usually get down to a endgame with it. I like playing Fritz6, I think is has a smooth positional style, which reminds me of a strong human master, it makes me appreciate the art of chess. I like they way it beats me, I feel like i am outplayed by a grandmaster. Genius puts me to sleep, because it just does what it takes to win. It is not very aggressive and perfers defense to active play. The same with crafty I am not impressed with it on my machine mmx233. But i think it is strong on Icc and plays interesting chess. I like to play Rebel 10 Best of all, usually very exciting chess, tactical wizardy mixed with a smooth spaasky like style. Ofcourse this is my impression as a non-master with a decent sense of chess art. >On December 18, 1999 at 11:49:59, John Warfield wrote: > >> >> Best to play against >> 1. Rebel Century >> 2.
