Subject: CHEST 3.19: bugfix available

There is a bug in CHEST 3.19, causing it to reject the e.p. info
in EPD input (when it is not just "-").  It can be fixed by replacing
one source file (input.c) by a corrected one, which can be downloaded
from the CHEST page:
