Probably more than a decade. Do you really think you're helping anything by arguing and being defensive? You're arguing (er, "brainstorming") about FPGAs and chess algorithms. The latter you admit you know nothing about, and the former you obviously know nothing about. So what position are you in to be arguing/defensive/brainstorming? How about you just try to learn from the experts here? Maybe after you understand some of the problems, you can begin to help solve them. -Tom
