Mr. Michelena,

You should try to run the CD on one of your buddies computers just to make sure
that the problem is not in your machine.  If it does not work and you get the
same response then it is probably a bad CD.  Schwartz is not a crook.  Neither
is Schroeder.

You can get a new copy by just phoning Steve and/or his associates and they will
give you no problem.
