I run Anmon on ICC sometimes. I've set up a icon that starts it
automatically...the Target line (right click on the icon to pull up icon
properties) is:

I:\Winboard\winboard.exe -zp -ics -icshost chessclub.com -fd I:\winboard\AnMon
-fcp "AnMon503 xboard" -icshelper timestamp /sgf F:\desktop\Anmon.pgn

Where it says "Start in:" in icon properities, I have I:\winboard

You will need to change the directories to reflect wherever you have Anmon and
Winboard actually stored. Note that the line above also saves the games in a
file called "Anmon.pgn." If you don't have this file already set up, it will be
ignored.
