Actually I was hoping to get a response from schroeder on this very important question, looks like i am going to be disappointed. Perhaps this would be a good poll question. Personally I think leaving the games out would be ignoring critical evidence in evaluating the playing strength of rebel Since rebel is playing against a Fide rated opponent under standard tournament time controls, and the match is a public event.
