Thank you very much for your suggestion.  I fear, however, you overestimate my
computer skills :-)
First of all: I assume that I simply have to add a path to chssbase.ini in a
text editor?  (Something I have never done before and which I am slightly afraid
of, to be honest.) But: there are *dozens* of files on the "Turbo" CD(s)!  I
*think* those ending in ".emd" are the ones I need, so would "E:\*.emd" be a
reasonable idea (my CD-ROM drive is E:\)?
