Subject: Scrappy and Koibito at fics

Scrappy played at fics lots of games with koibito which claims to be hiarcs 7.32
operated manually. These games today were for the main part 1 min 2 sec inc
lightning.

My question is how can a manual operation require only a time of 1/2 even if he
has two computers?. Or is koibito playing a lot of the end moves manually
without Hiarcs.?

Or maybe there is an interface for Hiarcs that he has made?
