I would suspect that it isn't Hiarcs at those fast time controls.  It is
probably one of the auto-capable programs.  Nimzo.  Crafty.  TCB.  Comet.
gnuchessx.  who knows...  finger notes don't always mean anything.  I have
seen one operator on ICC that can successfully play 0 4 bullet.  But I haven't
seen anyone that can play 1 0 manually and have a prayer...
