Commercially there are two: the German and the English. The others are for CB's
pleasure to tantalize their customers into howling frustration as they speak of
wondrous secret 'test' versions in their laboratories. In fact, they are already
at several versions later, maybe Fritz 8 or Fritz 9 engine-wise, but know that
until they have them, there are no guarantees that there will be stronger
versions yet, so better to dole them out a little at a time. In CB, they are
known by their nicknames, named after historical figures of the past: Fritz 5
was "Caesar", Fritz 6 was "Nero", Fritz 7 (codenamed T55) was "Caligula", and
now we are told that Fritz 8 (also called Fritz 6.66) is known as "El Diablo". I
must say I find this deterioration in the names of the versions quite alarming.
