Why don't you learn to play chess without using rebel. In the endgame, no program would've beat an im. Nf5 was a mistake. It doesn't says that much about rebel's game (it's not necessarily bad), but all these gm challenges are kind of pathetic. Russek got a lost position after less than 15 moves twice in a row. Most of the drawn games didn't show much fighting or skills from either opponent because of the book. Rebel's opponents should get nothing for a draw, but a lot more for a win. And is your uscf rating something like 100? oh, and happy new year
