The Eidos version has an embedded logo with more colours, and the "light" version restricts the hash tables to 32 MB. Otherwise no difference. Isn't it amazing how greater colour depth in the logo can affect playing strength? Now that's one factor chess programmers have missed. There is also a new version in the final development phase, but only a few beta testers have it in different itereations. They did not send me a copy yet :-(.
