Hi christophe.... as i see, you have been ONLINE :-))) i want to thank you too !! the work with you has been an adventure... and it still continues... i wish you much love with the girls, much money with selling the strongest chess program to many many customers, and more nice work with all kinds of people. there are things that are more important than money. we live in a world where money is the smallest unit anything is moving arround. and we often forget that money and what has realized arround money is unimportant. the only thing that counts is friendship and enjoying good moments with other people. to share our dreams. to feel the same good things together. this was or is often when testing chess programs, when you recognize there is something special with this program or with this programmer. and very very often we get stopped by people only interested in making money. not interested in friendship, nor in sharing good moments. but there are things that are more important than money. and this is what i like. and enjoyed doing together with you and ed and others too. enjoy computerchess. all the best for you this new millennium. Thanks !! ------------------------------------------------------------ a friend of mine has written a book about star trek and another book about star wars. (he also wrote some other books about "climate poker" and "ravenworld" and also another one about "light-speed" and > light-speed science - but i want to concentrate on these 2 books. star trek is Science-fiction - as we know. star wars is fantasy. fantasy is othen dualistic and black/white. in star wars there is darth vader and the power. there are good ones (dressed in white) and the bad ones (dressed in dark). Now - George lukas invented this strange story out of old archetypes and esoterical stuff out of religions, ... But in opposite to star trek, star wars inventor lukas now forbid stefan to publish it, because he copy-protected many many things arround star-wars and does not want anybody else to use these words too. ----------------------------------------------------- but there are things that are more important than money. And when george lukas wants the people to dream, but stops and censors people who want to continue dreaming, because he believes he has OWNED everything, than he is a victim of his own ideology. than HE is darth vader and will fail. ---------------------------
