The Happiest of New Year's to you all from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil!
I expected to be horribly ill today, and in fact even hoped to be so as a
twisted tribute to the symbolic date. But my kidney, in spite of the revolting
excesses I put it though yesterday, seems to be holding its own. It _could_ be
the fact that I drank a full Gatorade prior to blacking out in my slovenly
state. Ah well..... now I have no excuse for sitting around and doing nothing
today.
