I received the following response from TLC tech support about the CM7000 1.0.6
patch issue:

Dear ...,

Thank you for your correspondence and for choosing Mattel Interactive for
your software needs.

We have noticed some unresolved conflicts the patch has with Windows 95. I
apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We are currently working
on the 'SHELL32DLL:SHGetSpecialFolderPathA' issue. I will email you when we
find a resolution.

If you would please send us more information about your system, it would
help our troubleshooting process.

Contact us again with a detailed e-mail message describing:

1. Any error messages you are getting
2. The exact steps you are taking when the error/problem occurs
3. Your type of computer
4. The operating system you are using
5. Specific Video & Sound Card information
6. A list of all programs running in the background
7. The amount of RAM in your system
8. Any pertinent peripherals connected to your system
9. And any other relevant information

Please inform everyone at the forum to contact us if they are receiving this
problem. We need more examples of the problem for troubleshooting. Thanks.

(If this does not satisfy your needs you may call Customer Support at (617)
761-3000 or email them at cust_serv@learningco.com for a refund or
