I received the following response from TLC tech support about the CM7000 1.0.6 patch issue: =================================================================== Dear ..., Thank you for your correspondence and for choosing Mattel Interactive for your software needs. We have noticed some unresolved conflicts the patch has with Windows 95. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We are currently working on the 'SHELL32DLL:SHGetSpecialFolderPathA' issue. I will email you when we find a resolution. If you would please send us more information about your system, it would help our troubleshooting process. Contact us again with a detailed e-mail message describing: 1. Any error messages you are getting 2. The exact steps you are taking when the error/problem occurs 3. Your type of computer 4. The operating system you are using 5. Specific Video & Sound Card information 6. A list of all programs running in the background 7. The amount of RAM in your system 8. Any pertinent peripherals connected to your system 9. And any other relevant information Please inform everyone at the forum to contact us if they are receiving this problem.
