I posed this suggestion about a month ago. No data was produced then. Perhaps some agency or individual that maintains a big fide rating data base could help. Sam Sloan has lots of ratings on his site. Even a small sample of those given GM titles in the past 10 years would be helpful. Who received the GM title from 1990 to 1999 and what was their rating when they received it?
