Then you must be using Gomit 1.2, that's a good interface, but there's a newer stronger Gromit for use with Winboard that has many paraneter adjustments by way of it's cfg. file. The programs that I personally play against most often are probably the Dos version of Comet, Bringer in it's own interface, and Crafty in Winboard. I've tried to use the most recent revisions of programs whenever posible with little regards to if it's stronger or weaker than the previous version. Sometimes if several people release revisions at the same approx. time, I just can't keep up though. Pete
