Subject: Moderation: re deletion of posts containing personal attacks

To the moderators (whom I agree have been doing a superb job):  don't posts like
this violate CCC's policy against personal attacks, and is there any reason that
they can't be removed as soon as they come to the moderators' attention?  Posts
like this are not only nasty, but invariably lead to long threads that have
nothing to do with computer chess and just waste everyone's time.
