I don't know exactly, but you can certainly make it stronger by overclocking
your Palm. This is harmless, and you can overclock from 16.58 to 26MHz. Just
download the fabulous program "AfterBurner II".
It works fine with my PalmIIIx (which has the same processor and OS than your
PalmV).
