As this is the first of that kind of tournament the prospects of installing a complete league on a regular basis on ICC will depend of the outcome of and experiences gained in that tournament. You must kick the ball first before it gets rolling ;-) By the way i would be interested how you image how such a league should be look like and what kind of schedule you have in mind for such a league.
