Why do you say that?  Has Christophe Theron told you personally that he has
learned nothing from his partnership with Ed?  I have seen indications of the
opposite.  I have certainly seen Ed say that he has learned from Christophe on
how to optimize a particular algorithm.  I suspect that both tools have
benefited from the exchange of information.
