If the Nunn article is copyrighted then it is subject to certain conditions... which are... imposed on the subsequent _purchaser_. Have ChessBits bought the rights for reprinting _the article as a whole or parts of it?_ If they have, I see no problem and ChessBase are kicking up unnecessary fuss. If they haven't, they should either (a) buy the rights or (b) withdraw the article from the magazine. *** Djordje
