Well, from the name of the file, LG2000v2, I infer that it's Little Goliath (from LG). As I only played it on icc a few days ago (Mercury), preliminary results/conclusion is that it is much stronger than TCB (043) and somewhat stronger than phalanx (20). I was certainly impressed to see it launch a king side pawn storm. However, I still can't really beat Crafty.
