Doesn't someone need to second them?  It seems to me a bit of discussion of the
topic might be good.

Whatever the procedure was last time should be fine.  I don't recall exactly how
the whole thing went step by step.

If you are going to eat the bread, you should bake once in a while, if asked.  I
may have burned the loaf a few times, but at least I gave it the old college
try.
