I dream to have the right to stay on the Internet 24h a day. But I have to pay
my ISP (this I understand totally), and pay a lot for the connection time.
The problem in France is that there were only one phone company until recently.
Now there are several ones, but the fight only begins. In Guadeloupe, which is a
french departement, we still have only one company. No competition, France
Telecom rules.
You would be amazed by the price I have to pay for every minute on my mobile
phone. Typically one US dollar for 2 minutes!
