Greetings:  the quote in question was made very shortly after, and in response
to, the Baburin-Rebel game.  It certainly got my attention too.  However, before
we all make an example of it, maybe we should remember that there were a whole
bunch of quotes on the CCC in 1999 that could give it a run for the money ...
except by me, of course; everything that I have contributed has always been 100%
topical, fair, and reasonable ... and if you believe that, you'll believe
anything !
