It would be bad if someone posted a 300 position suite and the script put in a diagram for each one. But also I want to make it easy so that new readers wouldn't constantly be asking "how do I make the diagram appear in my messages?" Since using < and > won't work properly, how about if I make it something like: [D]3q3r/3b1pk1/3pB1p1/2r1n1P1/pp1NPN2/5P2/PPPQ4/1K1R4 w - - 0 25 with the [D] instructing the script to insert the diagram. Also I will need that set of piece gifs we talked about. I was thinking around 32x32 pixels (or something close to that) for each piece would be good. Do you have a set with 26 separate images? (white pieces on light squares, white pieces on dark squares, black pieces on light squares, black pieces on dark squares, and a light and dark empty square). I could also use a set of white and black pieces with transparent backgrounds and just use the table cell background coloring to make the light and dark squares. This might be faster because there would be fewer different images to load.
