It is a bad move. Seems Fritz when looking at the position don't see after
23. Rd1 that the knight is lost. Mine clearly thinks that this 19....Ne4 is the
best move within the time frame. Though after the move 19....Ne4 it clearly
notices it is lost by posting + - (2.66) at depth 12/30.

What surprises is the time spent on moves 18....286  19....72  20....887
seems it should have failed low on 19....Ne4 and spent more time there.
Horizon effect I guess, it probably needs just one more ply.

Hiarcs 732 notices after 10 secs that Ne4 is bad and switches pretty quickly to
19....a6. Fritz 6 also seems to like 19....Ne4 to depth 11/35 when I stopped.
