Please elaborate how a 20 game match is any basis for comparison.?

Please explain how this match at 40 moves in 40 minutes between these
two computer programs has any relationship to Rebel Century v GM Series 40 moves
in two hours??.

How can any one match between two programs, allow a claim of a is better than b
therefore a would do better against GM's.??? especially with the time control
issue????.
Thanks.
