It depends. You may even have to choose between three programs:
The fastest, the strongest and the best.

(Btw., for my personal view ChessBase 7.0 is best, but is has no traditional
"opponent to play against" built in and is more expensive I think. Maybe a good
compromise is Hiarcs 7.32, with the Fritz 5.32-GUI, if it fits you price.)
