I agree with you completely. I saw the second tournament in which Crafty ranked higher than the engines it is supposedly weaker than, and I realised the entire article was baloney. I wonder why he would start such an article with a dismissal of Crafty? If it is so weak, why even BOTHER to mention it, much less use it as an opener? James
