I think this was _my_ error.  A friend sent me a few excerpts.  He was pretty
livid about it (been working with me on computer chess for a _long_ time).  What
he sent didn't include the author's name, and the URL (which I couldn't get to
at first) was Kasparov's site.  Since he had already had something bad to say
about Crafty once, I "assumed" it was him again.  I was wrong, and neither he
or Chessbase had anything to do with this as best I can tell.  Of course, the
article ought to be removed as an example of irresponsible and incompetent
journalism, but that is another issue.
